Alert management

Connecteed offers a suite of automated diagnostic tools with immediate communication of detected anomalies following each scheduled data import. Each alert is fully configurable, offering strong adaptability to any monitoring requirement.

Alerts on the status of each channel (feed) contributing to the database

During both the automatic data import phase and database processing, Connecteed provides diagnostic and alert tools for the immediate identification of potential issues related to imported sources:

• Increase or decrease by more than X% compared to the last data import of each feed: useful for understanding if the proprietary source of the imported list may have made an error in compiling the file or to be alerted in case of database expansion or reduction.

• Specific field containing one or more (or configurable percentage range) records with null or empty or zero value (or other value indicated by the user): useful for understanding the health status of the data.

Alerts for technical errors in dialog with feed sources

Any failed FTP / SFTP connection or source unavailability due to timeout, or the receipt of standard errors in FTP / SFTP protocol communication, will be immediately communicated to the user via email through dedicated alerts.

Alerts for managing errors in channeling to Marketplaces

The same alerts will be available in the channeling of databases to the marketplaces of the Connecteed network, obtaining alerts on every configurable criterion regarding the error parameters returned by the main marketplaces during product uploads.
